Our PVCu residential doors are designed with the British climate in mind and are manufactured in accordance with the latest advances in door technology. With slender sightlines, steel reinforcing, high security hinges and a full range of moulded panel designs our residential doors are suitable for any application.

All Super Fortress Residential doors locks are approved by the ABI (Association of British Insurers) and benefit from multi point locks with hook bolts, roller cambs and a deadbolt. The deadbolt is secured against sawing by hardened steel pins. The locks are tested to European Standard Din 18103, Din 18251, Din 18357 and are recognized to conform to BS3621:1980.

We use high security hinges on all our doors for increased safety and strength and al are manufactured to comply with the relevant security standards. Extra hinge protection bolts can be fitted to further increase security, but these need to be specified at the time of ordering.

As well as the standard range of single opening doors we are also able to provide stable doors, where-by the two leafs can be interlocked and used as a single door, or can be operated independently. The stable door is growing in popularity as it has both security advantages as well as safety advantages forming a protective barrier to stop small children getting outside.
