For many people the limited choice of white, rosewood and Sherwood coloured PVCu windows has caused problems, as they have tried to upgrade their windows and doors to comply with the latest building regulations and improve the thermal performance whilst still retaining the character of their properties.
In order to satisfy this part of the market, we are able to now offer our frames in a range of over 200 RAL colours and if these are not enough, we are even able to match a sample you provide us with.
The frames are manufactured in the same way, but prior to being assembled, the welded outer frames and sashes are cleaned and sprayed using the RAL colour of your choice. Once the required amount of coats have been applied, the frames are baked at 50 degrees for up to three hours before being allowed to cure for 5 days. Once the colour has stabilised and has passed a series of quality checks to ensure that it has bonded correctly, we assemble the frames and they are installed in the same way as a standard frame is.
We can even spray doors, panels, vertical sliders and full conservatories, and we are even able to guarantee the colour profile for up to ten years.
